The Brief

A site for a care home developer that speaks to landowners first, and explains a long, technical process in a way that feels calm and trustworthy.

Aspire LPP turns land into purpose-built care homes, handling everything from finding the site to planning, design and construction. Their first audience isn't residents, it's landowners, and many of them meet Aspire through a letter out of the blue. The site had to earn their trust quickly, explain a long and technical process in plain terms, and show that Aspire is an established partner rather than a speculative one. I led with reassurance, split the offer into three clear stages of Land, Planning and Property, and backed it up with the homes already built, a landowner's own words and the press coverage behind them. Warm, earthy colours and a serif for headings give it the feel of a company that's been around, without tipping into corporate.

The Challenge

Aspire builds care homes, but the people they most need to reach are landowners. Many of them first hear about Aspire through a letter, so the website is often where they go to decide whether that letter is worth answering.

That's a big decision to make about a company you've never heard of. The process behind it is long too, running from finding the site through planning permission to design and construction, and it needed explaining without burying people in detail.

The Approach

The homepage answers the obvious question straight away. "Received a letter from us?" sits right in the hero, with no obligation, complete confidentiality and covered legal and planning costs spelled out underneath the buttons.

From there the offer is split into three stages, Land, Planning and Property, so it reads as one partner taking care of everything rather than a chain of different firms. The site then moves on to why it matters: the residents, the benefits to the local community, and a testimonial from a landowner who has been through it.

The proof comes last, with the homes already delivered across the UK and the press coverage Aspire has had. The palette is warm and earthy, with a serif for headings, so it feels settled and established.

The Result

A site that does the reassuring before anyone picks up the phone.

A landowner can go from a letter on the doormat to understanding who Aspire are, what happens next and what it costs them, which is nothing up front, in a few minutes, and get in touch feeling sure of their decision.
