How I Work
A straightforward, collaborative process — no jargon, no surprises. Most projects go from brief to launch in 6–10 weeks.

Discovery & Brief
We start with a conversation — no lengthy forms or impersonal questionnaires. I want to understand your goals, your audience, what success looks like, and what's happened with your website (or lack of one) so far.
From that I'll put together a clear proposal: scope, timeline, and investment. No guesswork on either side.

Design
Once the brief is signed off I move into design. I work in Figma, starting with structure (wireframes) before adding visual design — typography, colour, layout, and interactions.
You'll get two rounds of feedback before anything is finalised. I don't disappear for weeks and come back with a surprise — you're involved throughout.
Step two -
03 ~2-4 weeks
Build
With designs approved I build the site — clean, semantic HTML, performant CSS, and minimal JavaScript. I set up any CMS, third-party integrations, or bespoke functionality your project needs.
Performance and accessibility aren't afterthoughts: every site I build is fast, secure, and tested.

Launch & Handover
Before go-live I test thoroughly across devices, browsers, and connection speeds. Then we launch on your schedule — not mine.
You'll get a full handover: documentation, a walkthrough of anything you need to manage yourself, and 30 days of post-launch support included as standard.
Step four
How Long Does It Take?
Most projects complete in 8-12 weeks from signed proposal to go-live. Simpler static sites can be faster; larger projects with multiple integrations or custom functionality take longer.
The biggest variable is usually content, clients who arrive with copy and images ready consistently see the fastest turnarounds. If you're not sure what you need, I can help with that too.
I take on a limited number of projects at once to make sure each one gets the attention it deserves. If you have a specific deadline in mind, mention it when you get in touch and I'll let you know if I can accommodate it.
